Shahtaj Textile Limited is a public limited company registered in Pakistan. It was founded in 1991 with the sole purpose of manufacturing and marketing of grey fabrics.

It is situated in the hub of Textile Industries near Lahore (Pakistan) and is equipped with the latest state of the art machinery.

The company has installed the most advanced high speed 2, 4 and 6 colour Picanol and 2 colour Toyota, Air Jet and Rapier Looms of Belgium and Japanese origin to ensure versatility and production volume.

Its present overall annual production capacity is approximately 25 Million linear meters.

Shahtaj Textile been exporting its product to  USA, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal Turkey, Indonesia, Hong Kong Mauritius, and Tunisia,  etc.

Producing fabric with different weaves, Plain, Twill, Reverse Twill, Broken Twill, Sateen, Reverse Sateen, Pique, Bedford Cord, Panama, Half Panama, Ribstop, Herringbone, Otoman etc and different Dobby designs upto 16 frames and 340 cm width.

It is an ISO 9001: 2015, GOTS, OCS 100 & OCS Blended, GRS, RCS, Oeko- Tex® Standard 100  Class-1, CMIA , BCI certified and INDITEX approved fabric supplier.

Production details:

(A) Home Textile

(i)-Sheeting:

We are regularly making quality fabric from T-200 to T-700 and have expertly to make Fabric by using NE 40/s to 120/s yarn counts in all fibers like 100% cotton, lyocell (Tensile), modal, organic cotton, Linen cotton, bamboo etc.  Also can produce yarn dyed sheeting up till 6 colors in Warp and Weft.

(ii)-Curtain / Furniture:

We are regularly making dobby designs by using Filament yarn 150Danier, 300Danier and 75Danier, Linen cotton blends heavy weight Basket weave in cotton and cotton slubs.

(B)-Apparel/Work Wears:

Producing normal to high compact Twills, Canvas, Sateen, BFC, Cavalry Twills, and different Dobby design using 100% Cotton, polyester/cotton blends, cotton slubs, stretch, Nylon cotton blends.

(C)-Shirting:

We are producing shirting fabric in plain, sateen and dobby designs from 75 GSM to 120 GSM by using different yarn counts from 60/s to 120/D with PIMA, Giza, and Australian cotton, Also can produce yarn dyed shirting up till 6 colors.

(D)-Production Range:

Daily production is around 100,000 liner meters greige fabric from width range 36” to 128” with closed and open selvedge.
